- We are a technology company which is engaged in the business of providing software solutions, building intuitive and predictive software to make work mechanics simple and easy to use (hereinafter referred to as “Simpliance”). It provides software solutions to the Clients for ensuring compliances with the statutory regulations as per the law. Simpliance is a product which allows subscribers/ Client to dynamically drive the compliance performance, view compliance dashboards, generate compliance reports, repository of compliance documents and to use a centralized audit tool.
- Purpose
- Our mission is to provide an online plug and play compliance application that makes “Being Compliant” easy for organizations.
- Use of Website
- The Website shall only be used for lawful purposes.
- The use or access of the Website does not include any or all rights to use or sell any of the content available on the Website.
- Aparajitha reserves its right to monitor the behavior on its website and terminate or restrict the use of the Website, in case any user is found in breach of the terms and conditions set out herein.
- Account Terms
- You just be 18 years or older to use this Service.
- You must provide you full legal name, a valid email address and any other required information to complete the sign – up process. When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service

- Aparajitha may communicate with you via email regarding your account, system updates or other issues related to your account.

- Payment Terms
- We will charge you a standard fee based on your account plan. The Service is billed in advance and is non – refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds made should You not use the Service during a period of time when your account is open. No exceptions will be made.
- Modification to the Services
- Aparajitha reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.
- Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of Your account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting your Account Manager by sending an email to the official contact details. You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month which you discontinued service. You will not be charged again.
- Aparajitha reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all, current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any of your content in the Service, for any reason, including, if Aparajitha believes that you have violated these Terms Of Service. Aparajitha will use all reasonable efforts to contact you directly via email to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Aparajitha shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

- Aparajitha owns the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements, pre-configured compliance data contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which Aparajitha owns.

- Aparajitha holds and reserves all intellectual property rights of any or all content posted on the Website.

You hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state courts of the State of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Service.
